Arabic speaking Christians have shown up from all over to share love, care, and the hope of Jesus with refugees. Peter, an Egyptian believer, was amazed at all the opportunities to freely share his faith along the European refugee trail. His willingness to pray, ask questions, listen and talk about his own story of hope made a significant impact at different camps and community centers.
“There is a huge necessity for personal relationship, even over clothing or food. The best help we can give is personal interaction. People need encouragement and hope.” -Peter, an Egyptian believer who volunteered with refugees across Europe
“…And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone telling them?”
Pray for Arabic speaking Christians to impact the lives of refugees and share the Good News with these young people. Pray for the scriptures to make it in their hands and into their hearts.
Thank you for your faithful prayers!
